Corinth sits along the I-35E corridor between Denton and Lewisville, close to Lake Lewisville and within easy reach of the rest of the Metroplex. It has grown quickly while keeping the feel of a smaller Denton County community.
It is also where Build MP Home is currently building. Our Corinth project is mid-construction, and photography will be shared as the home comes together.
The home is a genuine luxury build: 20-foot ceilings, a three-car garage, a gym, a sound-proofed office, four bedrooms and four bathrooms — with a whole-home fresh air and dehumidification system integrated into the design.

This home was designed around volume and light, with tall ceilings anchoring the main living spaces and a floor plan that separates work, workout and rest.

Why Fresh Air and Dehumidification Matter Here
Corinth's proximity to Lake Lewisville and the general humidity of North Texas summers means indoor moisture is a real design problem, not a footnote.
Air conditioning controls temperature first. On mild, humid days a home can hit its set point long before enough moisture has been pulled from the air. A dedicated whole-home dehumidifier handles humidity independently of cooling demand.
Paired with a whole-home fresh-air system that continuously introduces controlled outdoor air and exhausts stale indoor air, the result is a tightly built home that still breathes.
